How It Works
It's simple! Refer your friends, peers, co-workers, and even strangers who you see and think would be a good fit for the opportunities that we have.
Who Can Apply?
This is different than a regular job for hire and intentionally a bonus-based opportunity to make some extra money each month! There are no work requirements, hour requirements, or stipulations that need to be met to earn a bonus other than your referral being successful. More on that later!
We love when experienced Talent refers friends to the agency. This sets an extra element of connection and trust for their new journey
How Much Can I Make?
Current recruiters are making anywhere from $250 to $2,500 a month.
You can make anywhere from $100 to $5,000+. There is no cap on much you can make recruiting, it's all up to you and the successes of your referrals!

Interested In Recruiting?
